With 19 years of experience in the industry, Ahmed excels in preconstruction management and construction contracts administration, with a focus on the commercial sector. His background in architecture and construction management provides a robust skillset for overseeing development projects. He has worked in multiple countries, collaborating with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds with varying project needs. Prior to relocating to Boise, ID, he served in an owner’s representative role on a $1.3 billion construction program of projects of varying products. Early in his career, he was actively engaged in design-build projects, and furnishing work for numerous small- and medium-scale luxury developments in Egypt and various Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

Downtown Boise YMCA | Boise, ID
Owner’s Representative for a 110,000 SF, new YMCA project. This project consists of 1 building, 4 story construction. It was started in Nov. ’24 and estimated to be completed in Oct. 2026
Hospitality and Business Park | Nampa, ID
Project management of a 513,600 SF development. This project consists of a 31,640 SF multi-tenant flex building, a 136-guest room hotel, and 108-unit multifamily buildings. The tilt-up construction of the multi-tenant building received a certificate of occupancy in April 2025. The construction documents for the future phase were completed in October 2024.
Industrial Park | Bellevue, ID
Project management of a 15-building industrial park on a 20 Acres parcel with a total of 183,867 SF gross built-up area. The project targets a bespoke market and consists of a clubhouse building, flex offices with workshops, and warehouses. The project is scheduled for groundbreaking in August 2025.
Multifamily Subdivision | Nampa, ID
Project management of 34 residential 4-plexes, a clubhouse and common spaces on 12.8 Acres. Phase one received a certificate of occupancy in December 2024 as scheduled.
The National Guard Program | Kuwait
Owner’s Representative Architect for a construction development program that includes new buildings in existing campuses, a new 115-building campus, and the renovation and repurpose of existing buildings across the country. Most of these projects are carried out in a design-bid-build procurement plan and a public bidding approach with the program’s allocated budget of $1.3 billion. Project types and sizes varied, including health care facilities, dorms, office buildings, armory and ammunition facilities, training centers, a marine facility, educational, entertainment, and support facilities.
