BRIAN MURPHY | DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Brian Murphy serves as Director of Construction at Redpoint, bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate development and construction project management. He began his career in the Bay Area as an estimator for a major general contractor specializing in landscape construction. He was next a project manager in commercial construction, managing trades including metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, lath and plaster, and fireproofing.

Brian transitioned into the luxury homebuilding sector, where he rose from Project Manager to President and Owner. He led a fully integrated design-build team comprising architectural, interior, and cabinetry designers, as well as a team of project managers, superintendents, finish carpenters, cabinet and door makers, and general laborers. Brian’s passion for team collaboration, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery helped triple the size of that company.
