Craig Kirkendall | Partner
In his 30 years of experience in the building industry, Craig has worked around the country with a multitude of developers and contractors. His projects include a wide variety of complex public and private projects including commercial, office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, mixed use and infrastructure. He’s been involved in the design, entitlement, and construction of over 5,000 multifamily and senior living units with a total development cost exceeding $2.5 billion and ranging in size up to $200 million. His specialty is preconstruction, estimating, and construction operations. Prior to moving to Boise, ID, Craig was VP of Construction for BRE Properties, a publicly traded REIT performing projects in California, Seattle, Phoenix, and Denver. And before that, was VP of Construction for Sunrise Senior Living and oversaw all construction work west of the Mississippi River. He spent the first 12 years of his career working for Commercial General Contractors all over the country.
