Greg Holcomb is a Partner in Redpoint, providing project management services for real estate development and construction. Greg has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry. This includes roles with general contractors, real estate developers, and real estate development consultants. Through-out his career, Greg has successfully managed more than 100 projects of varying types, sizes, and complexities. These projects have predominately been in the commercial building market. The primary market segments include healthcare, hotels and hospitality, institutional, multifamily housing, office, and retail. The projects have included ground-up construction, renovations, and tenant improvements. Greg strives to be his client’s trusted advisor providing the highest level of quality and integrity. He manages your projects as if they were his own.
DESCHUTES PUBLIC LIBRARY | Bend, Oregon
Owner’s representative and project management for the design and construction of DPL’s bond program including a new Central Library and Redmond Library. The bond program also includes the renovation of five existing libraries. This $195MM bond program commenced in February 2021 and will continue through 2025. Greg is leading a highly collaborative team in the concurrent development of these facilities with multiple designers, contractors, and vendors.
EUGENE FAMILY YMCA | Eugene, Oregon
Owner’s representative and project management for the design and construction of the new South Eugene YMCA facility. This project is a $46MM new 70,000 sf two story facility providing health and wellness programs and services. The facility includes aquatic, fitness, gymnasium, and educational programs. The project has been in development since 2015 and is expected to commence construction in July 2022 and Open in December 2023.
CROSSWOOD APARTMENTS | Eugene, Oregon
Owner’s representative and project management for the design and Construction of a new $34MM 127-unit five story apartment building. The project includes the use of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) for the building structural system.
JW MARRIOTT HOTEL | Anaheim, California
Owner’s representative and project management for the design and construction of a new fourteen-story luxury hotel and conference center with subterranean parking. This $265MM project was completed in 33 months from commencement due to a highly collaborative team lead by Greg.
